I’m Petar. Father of two. Husband of the one. Engineer, founder, and amateur guitarist.

I’ve loved making things for as long as I can remember, and wrote my first program when I was 14 years old. A portfolio for my dad’s company. I fixed my first PC when I was probably around 8 years old. I don’t remember exactly, but I do remember that it was a 386. It was a PC that local gas station used for their billing. Yeah.

I’ve grown to love hard rock and heavy metal music and, naturally, picked up the first instrument I could lay my hands on. It was a very old startocaster copy that sounded like junk. That didn’t stop me from playing it for hours every day. I sold it ages ago, and it is one of the things I regret the most. I’ve been playing guitar for 15 years now and I’ve been in a few bands. I’m currently in a band called “One Night Stand”, but when my second kid came along, I had to take a step back from the band and focus on my family and my career.

I worked abroad for a few years, but I’ve always been drawn back to Novi Sad. I’m one of the core founders of Pannonians, where we develop extraordinary software mostly in the branch of all things web. I’m also sort of a lecturer and a mentor at my company and am always promoting growth and learning. I’m a big fan of open-source software and I’ve decided to start contributing to open-source projects and to create my own. I’m currently working on a few projects, and I’m gonna release them soon into the wild.

Today, I’m the founder of Pannonians, a software engineer, and a father of two. I’m passionate about technology, music, and learning. Let’s connect on open-source projects or bussiness opportunities. I’m always open for a chat.
